Pilates is a total body conditioning system that includes precise and specialised exercises that challenge you physically and mentally. Exercises work to rebalance the body, restoring it to its correct alignment. It improves posture, flexibility, joint mobility and muscle tone and length, whilst also being a lot of fun. All classes are mat based using your own body weight for resistance, making it suitable for those with back problems, poor balance or low muscular strength.

Pod & Co Pilates offers classes tailored to suit all levels of fitness, capability and experience. I strongly believe in small group class numbers to ensure that clients receive as much personal attention and safe teaching as possible. Classes are one hour in group, paired or private sessions.
NO COURSES - If you're AWAY....you don't PAY!
While there is an obvious benefit to 6 week or term classes, I think being in the same place at the same time, each week can be almost impossible and you often end up loosing money on missed classes. You can buy blocks of classes but you can cancel any class up to 24 hours before and not get charged.
